Crystal Nicole Carter, 44, of Chipley, Washington County, Florida, United States is accused of having a sexual relationship with a minor. In December 2021, she allegedly had sex with a male high school student, then 17.

Carter allegedly arranged meetings at her residence in Chipley with the student. The school the student was attending at the time is part of the Washington County School District.

On May 4, 2023, the mother of the student filed a complaint with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. On May 9, 2023, Carter was arrested and booked into the Washington County Jail in Chipley.

The Chipley resident was charged with sexual assault by person over 18 victim over 12 without physical force or violence. She may face additional charges as the Washington County Sheriff’s Office anticipates there are more victims involved.
