Wenjie Chen, 44, of Redlands, San Bernardino County, California, United States works as a masseur at China Foot Massage, a massage parlor on Brookside Avenue in Redlands. He also goes by the name Jerry Chen.

On March 19, 2023, Chen allegedly inappropriately touched a female adult customer during a massage at China Foot Massage. She did not immediately report the alleged violation to police.

Several days later, the woman went to the Redlands Police Department and filed a complaint. According to her, Chen inappropriately touched her breasts.

On May 9, 2023, Redlands Police Department officers arrested Chen and he was charged with sexual battery. The department is seeking other possible victims.
