On June 25, 2018, his father said he would fully cooperate with an investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s Office into whether or not he sexually assaulted her.

At around 8:15 p.m. on May 12, 2023, Peabody Police Department officers stopped a Volkswagen Jetta he was driving in Lynnfield, Essex County after following it onto that highway from Route 114 and detected signs of intoxication in him. He was arrested, booked into the Danvers, Essex County barracks and released on personal recognizance and $40 bail.
  13. He was 29 years old when he was charged on May 13, 2023 with operating under the influence of liquor. On May 15, 2023, he pleaded not guilty to the charge and was released on personal recognizance.
