The Miss Curaçao 2023 (Miss Universe Curaçao 2023) coronation night will take place at the World Trade Center Curacao in Willemstad, Curaçao on May 27, 2023. It is the 57th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Curaçao’s Miss Universe candidate.
Currently, Curaçao has eight Miss Universe placements including the first runner-up finish of Annemarie Braafheid in 1968. In the international beauty pageant, the island country finished in the Top 21 in 2020 via Chantal Wiertz, Top 12 in 1976 via Anneke Dijkhuizen, Top 10 in 1991 via Jacqueline Krijger, in 2015 via Kanisha Sluis and in 2018 via Akisha Albert, Top 6 in 1997 via Verna Vasquez and Top 5 via Gabriëla Dos Santos in 2022.
Dos Santos was crowned Miss Universe Curaçao 2022 at Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao Resort in Willemstad on May 29, 2022. Mariana Pietersz and Andreina Pereira were the respective first and second runners-up.
