She was charged with violation of pretrial release and cited for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and a misdemeanor for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive.
  10. She was 37 years old when she appeared on May 15, 2023 before Iredell County District Court Judge Christine Underwood. After the judge reduced her bond from $750,000 to $50,000, she was released from custody without posting any additional bond.
