Wardell Stephen Curry II is an American professional basketball player born at Summa Akron City Hospital in Akron, Ohio, United States to Wardell Stephen “Dell” Curry Sr. and Sonya Alicia Adams Curry. Dell played in the National Basketball Association from 1986 to 2002.
Stephen’s younger sister Sydel Curry is a volleyball player. His younger brother Seth Curry is also a professional basketball player.
Raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, Stephen and his family moved to Toronto, Ontario, Canada when Dell joined the Toronto Raptors in 1999. Stephen attended Queensway Christian College in Toronto.
Born in Markham, Ontario, Ayesha Disa Alexander Curry is married to Stephen. They have three children together.
