Camila Avella
Avella is a journalist, a television presenter and a model. She was born and raised in Casanare.
Before getting married, Avella was supposed to represent Casanare at Señorita Colombia 2018 but she was disqualified. She was accused of having a manager, who is Fernan Martinez, and an existing employment contract as a host of the TV show “Desafio Super Humanos” on Caracol Television.
It was Gabriela Tafur Náder who won Señorita Colombia 2018. On December 8, 2019, she represented Colombia at Miss Universe 2019, competed against 89 other candidates at the Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Georgia, United States and finished in the Top 5.
On December 25, 2019, Kamle proposed to Avella and she said yes. They got married on June 20, 2020 and they welcomed their daughter Amelia Kamle Avella in April 2021.

Cohn and Avela are expected to compete against more than 80 other candidates. Among them are the Netherlands’ Rikkie Valerie Kollé, 22, a transwoman, and the Philippines’ Michelle Dee, 28, a bisexual.

I really, really like her. She will do great things for Colombia at Miss Universe 2023.
