Kyle Rogemoser, 36, of Rochester, Monroe County, New York, United States is a U.S. Navy sailor. He previously lived in Norfolk, Virginia, USA and in the Naval Station Great Lakes in Lake County, Illinois, USA.

Rogemoser is 5’8″ tall. His registered weight is 160 pounds.

At around 5:00 p.m. on October 6, 2023, Rogemoser and his girlfriend, 35, arrived at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jacksonville Riverfront in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida, USA and shared an alcoholic beverage. The drink was followed by a celebratory dinner at the hotel for his promotion to U.S. Navy chief petty officer.

After the celebration, Rogemoser and his girlfriend stayed in the hotel and went up to their room where they got into an argument. He allegedly punched her in the mouth three times.

After the girlfriend called for help, a man went to the room, picked her up and took her downstairs to the hotel management until police were called. She had red marks on her chin and her neck and there was fresh blood on her bottom lip.

Shortly before 12:30 a.m. on October 7, 2023, Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office deputies arrived at the hotel. Rogemoser was arrested and booked into the Duval County Jail in Jacksonville.

On October 10, 2023, a family member posted Rogemoser posted his $5,003 bail and he was released. The newly promoted U.S. Navy chief petty officer was charged with domestic battery.

On October 31, 2023, Rogemoser will be arraigned. His girlfriend has a temporary restraining order against him.
