TIMELINE

As a cheerleading coach, Vigiland has coached at several gyms including high schools in Florida. He served as the head all-star coach of Rush Allstars, which was closed after his arrest in 2022.

2010s

  • From July 2, 2014 through December 5, 2014, he knowingly persuaded, induced, enticed, and coerced a minor victim to engage in sexual activity.

2020s

  • In or around June 2021, knowingly produced child abuse videos and images of a minor victim.
  • In January 2022, he was suspended from coaching at Cypress Creek High School.
  • On March 27, 2022, he was arrested by Winter Garden Police Department officers and charged with multiple counts of lewd and lascivious molestation on victims aged 12 to 15. He was released on a $30,000 bond. After his arrest, Cypress Creek High School put him on leave.
  • On July 11, 2023, he pleaded guilty to coercing a minor victim to produce a visual depiction of sexually-explicit content.
  • On October 17, 2023, he was sentenced in federal court to 29 years in prison and 15 years of supervised release and required to register as a sex offender.
