John Jason DeLoche is an alumnus of the University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois, United States. He and William B. Nettles are the co-founders of Invictus Growth Partners, a private equity firm based in San Francisco Bay, California, USA.

Originally from Asbury Park, New Jersey, DeLoche is currently based in Palo Alto, California. He previously lived in Buxton, Maine, USA and Boynton Beach, Florida, USA.

DeLoche, Neil Callahan, William Lee and John Robinson “Rob” Walker served as managing directors at Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners, a unique technology growth equity firm founded by Christopher Heinz, Devon Archer and Joe Biden‘s son Hunter Biden in 2009. In January 2011, DeLoche, Callahan, Lee and Walker founded Pilot Growth Equity in San Francisco Bay Area.

“One thing that is important on which we could be stronger in this list is references from formerly or sitting elected officials to show depth of Washington relationships,” DeLoche wrote in an email to Hunter, Walker and RSTP founding partner and managing director Eric Schwerin in July 2012. “For example, having a name like John Kerry on this list is fantastic.”

Hunter is 3 months older than DeLoche. When the U.S. Department of Justice filed three felony and six misdemeanor tax offenses against Hunter on December 7, 2023, DeLoche was 52 years old.
