  2. On April 3, 2023, he and Argenis first entered the U.S. unlawfully near Eagle Pass, Texas, USA but were returned to Mexico.
  3. On April 30, 2023, he and Argenis reentered the U.S. illegally near El Paso. He was met by the U.S. Border Patrol in El Paso and processed for immediate removal. After claiming fear of returning to Venezuela, he was released to New York City, New York, USA pending asylum.
  4. On May 4, 2023, his brother Argenis was released from the custody of U.S. Border Patrol with a notice to appear.
  5. On May 11, 2023, he was placed in the Alternatives to Detention program of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

  12. On February 22, 2024, his brother Jose allegedly killed Laken Hope Riley of Woodstock, Cherokee County, Georgia. On February 23, 2024, he was arrested after presenting a fake green card when police stopped him in connection with the investigation of Riley’s murder.
  13. He was 29 years old when he was indicted on March 12, 2024 for possession of a counterfeit immigration document.
