Kendall Griffin, 21, of Monroe, Union County, North Carolina, United States became a Union County government eligibility technician in September 2022. She helped people applying for government benefits or health care programs.
On March 1, 2024, Griffin was arrested by Union County Sheriff’s Office deputies. It was part of an ongoing solicitation investigation.
In the afternoon, Griffin was processed into the Union County Detention Center in Monroe. She appeared before a local judicial official.
The official issued Griffin an unsecured bond of $1,500. She has been released.
Griffin was charged with 10 counts of soliciting prostitution, which is a misdemeanor. Her employment with Union County has been suspended without pay.
