Marie Hatchi biography: 13 things about Miss World Guadeloupe 2023

Marie Hatchi is a Guadeloupean beauty queen with master’s degrees in midwifery and health science. Hailing from Le Moule, Grade-Terre, Guadeloupe, she is into aikido, running and sewing. 

While studying French Sign Language and working as a childcare assistant in maternity and nursery, Hatchi represented Guadeloupe in Miss World. She speaks French, Creole, English and Spanish.

10. On July 19, 2023, she competed against 11 other Miss Guadeloupe 2023 candidates at Palais des Sports et de la Culture du Gosier in Le Gosier, Guadeloupe. She did not make it to the Top 5 but she won the Miss Elegance award.
11. In January 2024, she was in Paris, France.
12. On February 10, 2024, she was appointed Miss World Guadeloupe 2023.
13. She was 27 years old when represented Guadeloupe at Miss World 2023 on March 9, 2024 and competed against 111 other candidates at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, India. She was unplaced.
