James Beasley Wellford is an American man from Charlevoix, Michigan, United States. He has lived in different parts of Tennessee, USA including Memphis, Cordova and Germantown and he previously lived in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA.

Wellford is 5 years older than his wife Adele Orgill Wellford. He is the second among the four children of Harry Walker Wellford Sr. and Katherine Estes Potts Wellford.

Beasley is Harry “Hal” Wellford’s younger brother and Buckner Wellford‘s older brother. They have two younger sisters namely Katherine “Kate” Wellford Gould and Allison Wellford Parker.
