Emma Tiglao represented the Philippines at Miss Grand International 2025 and competed against 76 other candidates at the MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand on October 18, 2025. She won the title.
Runner-up to Tiglao was Sarunrat Puagpipat of Thailand. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Aitana Jiménez of Spain, Faith Maria Porter of Ghana and Nariman Batikha of Venezuela.

In October 2026, Tiglao will crown her successor in New Delhi, India. It is the 14th edition of the international beauty pageant founded by Nawat Itsaragrisil of Thailand.
