New Orleans, Arizona’s Francie Millan is Miss Grand Paraguay 2026

Francie Millan represented Louisiana, United States in the 74th edition of Miss USA and the ninth edition of Miss Grand USA. She will represent Uruguay in the 14th edition of Miss Grand International.

BIOGRAPHY

Millan is a Uruguayan-American beauty queen born in the U.S. to Uruguayan parents Octavio Millan and Ibe Millan, who are both from Paysandu, Uruguay. Francie’s brother Marco Millan is a makeup artist who is married to George Lopez, a carpenter from San Antonio, Texas, USA.

Octavio and Ibe came to the U.S. with two children. The couple’s three more children were all born in the U.S., Francie being the first.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Francie moved to San Antonio, Texas then to New Orleans, Louisiana. She studied agriculture as part of the Future Farmers of America (FFA).
