Jason Dylan Bretfelean, 19, from Hyderabad, India, won the Mister Global 2023 title on November 26 in Maha Sarakham, Thailand. Competing against 36 candidates, he became the first Indian to win the title. The runner-up was Oliver Cheung of Hong Kong, while Álvaro Andrés Flores Carvajal from Chile placed third.

Oliver Cheung Chi Jie, 27, from Hong Kong, competed in the Mister Global 2023 pageant, finishing as runner-up. A bodybuilder and fitness trainer, he graduated magna cum laude in economics from UC San Diego. Cheung was appointed Mister Global Hong Kong 2023 and showcased talent in bodybuilding competitions.

Álvaro Andrés Flores Carvajal, a 22-year-old from Machalí, Chile, competed in Mister Global 2023, securing the title of second runner-up. A talented singer, violinist, and acting student, Flores won Mister Chile 2023 in April. The competition featured 36 contestants, with the winner being from India.
