Susan Marie Rosing Kramer was an American woman born in Kenton County, Kentucky, United States. She was a resident of Erlanger, Kenton County.

Aside from Erlanger, Kramer lived in other parts of Kentucky including Fort Mitchell and Ludlow and she also lived in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. She was a homemaker and an active member of Seven Hills Church.

On August 12, 2024, Sophia pleaded guilty to public intoxication, disorderly conduct and four counts of fourth-degree assault. On October 17, 2024, she was sentenced to one year in the Fayette County Detention Center in Lexington for each of her four misdemeanor assault charges to be served concurrently along with 100 hours of community service.
