Robert “Bob” Eugene Rosing was born in Covington, Kenton County, Kentucky, United States to Robert Rosing and Wilma Irene “Billie” Carrico Rosing. Robert was also born in Covington while Billie was born in Fancy Farm, Graves County, Kentucky.
