Bae Suzy, 23, and Lee Dong Wook, 36, are currently dating, their respective agencies JYP Entertainment and King Kong by Starship Entertainment have confirmed. The former, who is professionally known as Suzy, previously dated Lee Min Ho, who is currently in the military service.
According to King Kong by Starship, Suzy and Dong Wook casually met at a private gathering. In a statement obtained by Soompi, the agency said the two have feelings for each other and they recently started to get to know each other with good intentions.
There is not much to be revealed about Suzy and Dong Wook’s romantic relationship because the two just started dating, King Kong by Starship added. JYP Entertainment added that the two are currently in the process of getting to know each other.
As a singer, Suzy debuted as a member of miss A, which officially disbanded on December 27, 2017. As a solo artist, her most recent album is “Faces of Love,” which was released on January 29, 2018.
In 2017, it was confirmed that Suzy and Min Ho had ended their two-year romantic relationship but still remained friends. In the same year, she made a cameo appearance as a tattooist in the 2017 film “Real” and starred in the SBS series “While You Were Sleeping.”
On the other hand, Dong Wook is known for his role as the Grip Reaper/Wang Yeo/Lee Hyuk in the drama series “Guardian: The Lonely and Great God,” also known as “Goblin.” The show aired from December 2, 2016 to January 21, 2017 on tvN.
Dong Wook graced the cover of the March 2018 issue of Elle Taiwan. In an interview with the magazine, he said he, his former co-actors and the filming staff are all very friendly until now.
In 2017, Dong Wook appeared in the OnStyle show “Love is.” He will return to the small screen in the JTBC drama series “Life,” which will premiere in July 2018.
