  6. Wearing a red Keep America Great hat, a khaki coat, a blue disposable mask and a gold ring, he went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA on January 6, 2021. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.

  11. An FBI special agent filed a criminal complaint against him, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faraqui on November 12, 2021. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with misdemeanors of entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building, disorderly conduct in the U.S. Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a U.S. Capitol building.
  12. On November 28 2021, he wrote on Facebook, “Wondering what the WHO is up to today??? Neither am I…. but if you think they’ve exhausted the fake pandemic, you’re wrong. Here comes the next variant!.”
  13. He was 39 years old when the FBI arrested him on November 30, 2021.
