  2. He is Jeffrey Rivera‘s younger brother. Growing up, they worked together at a pharmacy. They would deliver prescriptions to elderly patients on bicycles in different parts of New York City including Marble Hill, Fordham and Washington Heights.

  4. As a young boy, he loved watching cop shows and listening to the police radio scanner.
  5. He had a crush on Dominique Luzuriaga since he was in grade school.

  10. At around 6:30 p.m. on January 21, 2022, he and his NYPD partner Wilbert Mora, 27, were fatally shot by Lashawn McNeil in McNeil’s apartment in Harlem, New York City. He and Mora responded to the apartment after McNeil’s mother called the police.
  11. He died at the age of 22.
  12. On January 28, 2022, he was promoted posthumously at his funeral to detective first-grade.
