12. On January 18, 2023, he was arrested in Jacksonville, North Carolina. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with knowingly entering a restricted building, parading or picketing inside the U.S. Capitol and two counts of disorderly conduct.
13. He was 23 years old when he was arrested on January 18, 2023. He made his initial federal court appearance in Wilmington, North Carolina.
