In the U.S. Marine Corps, he served as a special communication signals analyst with the U.S. Marine Corps Cryptologic Support Battalion at Fort Meade in Maryland, USA.
Among his awards was a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, an unusual and prestigious medal for a junior U.S. Marine Corps member.
In July 2018, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Wearing a baseball cap with a rectangular design on the front with a plaid jacket and jeans, he went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA on January 6, 2021 with Coomer and Hellonen. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.
On June 1, 2022, he admitted to entering the U.S. Capitol building on January 6, 2021 “with two buddies” during an interview that was part of his security clearance process while he was assigned to the U.S. Marine Corps Cryptologic Support Battalion.
A Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent filed a criminal complaint against him, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui on January 17, 2023.
On January 17, 2023, he was arrested at Fort Meade. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with knowingly entering a restricted building, parading or picketing inside the U.S. Capitol and two counts of disorderly conduct.
He was 23 years old when he was arrested on January 17, 2023. He is represented by David Dischley.
