2. On March 4, 2017, he ranked fifth in high jump but unplaced in pole vault at OWL Hoosier State Relays Qualifier 2017 at the Briner Sports Complex of Ball State University in Muncie.
3. On April 15, 2017, he ranked seventh in high jump and 12th in pole vault at Marion Relays in Marion.
4. On March 10, 2018, he competed in pole vault at Patriot Invitational Hoosier State Relays in Marion and was unplaced. On March 28, 2018, he was in Muncie.

8. On November 7, 2020, he wrote to an Instagram user, “I just love how after years od trying to get trump out of office by any means the left all of a sudden is going to have a “fair” election. They’re an absolute joke” and “One of my buddies here got a ballot for his cat that died three years ago. It’s literally a joke to them.”
9. Wearing a red baseball cap, a black Under Armor sweatshirt with neon outline and a green puff jacket, he went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA on January 6, 2021 with his fellow active-duty U.S. Marine Corps officers Joshua Abate and Dodge Dale Hellonen. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election.
10. On January 31, 2021, he wrote to another Instagram user, “Oh I know. It’s just goes to show that everything in this country is corrupt. We honestly need a fresh start. I’m waiting for the boogaloo.”
11. On August 13, 2021, a federal search warrant was served on Facebook authorizing the search of his Instagram account.
12. A Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent filed a criminal complaint against him, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui on January 17, 2023.
13. He was 22 years old when he was arrested on January 17, 2023 Oceanside, California. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with knowingly entering a restricted building, parading or picketing inside the U.S. Capitol and two counts of disorderly conduct.
