  4. On December 27, 2020, she and Thomas traveled in her grandmother’s grey 2017 Chevrolet Equinox and left Michigan for a vacation to New York, USA. During the trip, they decided to travel to Washington, D.C., USA.
  5. On January 5, 2021, she and Thomas arrived in Washington, D.C. They stayed in a hotel in Alexandria, Virginia, USA.
  6. Wearing dark framed glasses, a black coat and blue and black pants, she went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C on January 6, 2021 with Thomas. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election. After the riot, she and Thomas not find her grandmother’s grey 2017 Chevrolet Equinox, which they parked outside the building.

  8. On January 19, 2021, Federal Bureau of Investigation special agents met with her and Thomas at his residence in Flint. She told them she took photos and videos of herself inside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
  9. In May 2021, she joined Forman Mills in Flint as a cashier.
  10. In August 2021, she joined The Taste of Bay City in Bay City, Michigan as a preparation cook.
  11. An FBI special agent filed a criminal complaint against him, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui on January 24, 2023.
  12. On January 30, 2023, she was arrested in Flint. For her participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, she was charged with entering or remaining on restricted grounds without lawful authority to do so, engaging in disruptive conduct on restricted grounds, engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct within the U.S. Capitol building and parading or demonstrating in the U.S. Capitol building.
