Zyshon Gerrod Murphy, 22, of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, United States previously lived in Arlington, Texas. When he was reported missing on September 12, 2020, he was said to have special needs due to autism.
Recently, Murphy made threats toward police while showing a shotgun in profanity-laden video recently posted on Snapchat. The video has a text reading, “May 7 3:00PM IS YALL DEATH DAY SO DONT BE IN DOWNTOWN. YALL GOIN HAVE 2 KILL ME CUZ YALL GETTING KILLED FOR SHURE.”
The original video is no longer be online but it has been screen-recorded and shared on social media. In the video, Murphy says he plans to shoot random, innocent people.
“I hate all of you,” Murphy says in the video. “I want you all dead and I’m going to make sure that happens this Sunday.”
On May 5, 2023, Murphy was arrested. He was charged with a felony count of terroristic threat placing the public or a group in fear.
In other news, Mauricio Garcia, 33, of Dallas, Texas opened fire at Allen Premium Outlets in Allen, Collin County, Texas at around 9:00 p.m. on May 6, 2023. Nine people were fatally shot and at least seven others were injured.
The survivors aged 5 to 61 are being treated at Medical City Healthcare in Dallas, Texas. The gunman is a U.S. Army veteran employed as a security guard.
