Was Detroit, Michigan nurse Patrice Wilson kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend Jamere Miller?


Patrice Latoya Wilson of Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan, United States has died. She was 29.

Wilson worked as a nurse at Detroit Medical Center (DMC) Detroit Receiving Hospital on Saint Antoine in Detroit. She used to date Jamere Miller Sr., now 36, of Inkster, Wayne County.


Bianca Chanel Green of Romulus, Wayne County was 24 when she went missing on March 25, 2011. At the time she vanished, she was attending Wayne County Community College in Detroit pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Green was also 6-8 weeks pregnant. She and Miller have one son named Jamere Miller Jr.

In 2015, Wilson gave birth to a son. She and Jamere Sr. were no longer in a relationship when he was captured on a doorbell video trying to break into her house in 2021.


At around 7:40 a.m. on May 13, 2023, Wilson was entering her black 2020 Lincoln Nautilus outside Detroit Receiving Hospital after finishing an overnight nursing shift when she was kidnapped allegedly by Miller. Wearing a blonde or red wig, he allegedly forced her into her car and kidnapped her at gunpoint.

On May 14, 2023, Wilson was founded fatally shot inside a car in Novi, Oakland County, Michigan. At 2:15 p.m., Jamese Sr. surrendered while under the pressure of the investigation.

Jamese Sr. was taken into custody at the Detroit Detention Center on Mound Road in Detroit negotiating his surrender through a lawyer. Charging information on him has yet to be released.
