Walter Glenn Primrose is a United States Coast Guard veteran born in Timpson, Shelby County, Texas, USA to Cecil Eugene Primrose and Betty Marie Hayes. Walter is 5’6″ tall while his wife Gwynn Darle Morrison is 5’4″ tall.

In 1987, Walter obtained a birth certificate record for Bobby Edward Fort, who was born in Dallas, Texas to Charlotte Fort in 1967. As an infant, Bobby died of asphyxia and was buried in Marble Falls, Texas.

Using Bobby’s personal identifiable information, Walter executed U.S. passport applications on November 8, 1996, on August 28, 2001, on October 3, 2006, on February 19, 2009 and on February 12, 2016.

  12. On July 22, 2022, he was working as a DOD contractor when he and Morrison were arrested in their Kapolei residence. They were charged with identity theft and conspiring against the government. Photos of the couple in uniforms that belonged to the former Soviet Union spy agency Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti (KGB) were included in the court records.
  13. He was 68 years old when he and Morrison were found guilty on October 30, 2023 of conspiracy, passport fraud and identity theft.
