Paul Donald “Donny” Rosing Jr. is an American man born in Kenton County, Kentucky, United States. He lives in Fort Mitchell, Kenton County with his wife Jill Algie Rosing.

Donny graduated from Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Campbell County, Kentucky. He is 3 years older than Jill and 4 years younger than his sister Beverly Rosing Furnish.

On April 20, 1972, Donny’s grandfather John Raymond Haggard died in Kenton County at the age of 61. In 1975, Donny’s younger brother Christopher John Rosing was born.
