Diaz is a Filipino actor, model and beauty queen. She and Gabriel “Bong” Daza III have two daughters namely Isabelle Diaz Daza and Ava Diaz Daza and an adopted son named Raphael Diaz Daza.

Born at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital in Sampaloc, Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines, Diaz is one of the 12 children of Jaime Baltazar Diaz, a lawyer, and Teresa Kohlerbohn  Aspillera Diaz, a model and a socialite.
