Jalonni M. Blackshear, a former correctional officer, was arrested after his wife Raechyl and daughter Jayla were found dead in their Anchorage home. Jayla had accused him of rape. Blackshear fled to New York, where he was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Service. The tragic events unfolded in a span of just a few weeks.
