BRAVE Combat Federation is having its first ever event to take place in Sweden soon. For its debut in the European country, the Bahrain-based mixed martial arts promotion partnered with Swedish MMA promotion Bulldog Fight Night.

BRAVE CF and Bulldog Fight Night will hold “BRAVE CF 37” in Stockholm, Sweden on August 1, 2020. The main event is a welterweight bout between Louis “Spartacus” Glismann, 29, of Copenhagen, Denmark and Henri Lintula, 29, of Kerava, Uusimaa, Finland.

Both Glismann and Lintula will make their respective BRAVE CF debuts at “BRAVE CF 35.” The Danish contender trains at the Arte Suave gym in Copenhagen where he has been honing his jiu-jitsu skills.

Glismann hopes to make waves in his first appearance for BRAVE CF. From 2016 to 2019, he had seven professional MMA bouts, five of which he won via submission.

Like Glissman, Lintula competed professionally from 2016 to 2019. The Kerava native finished all of his five opponents, four via submission and one via technical knockout.

In the co-main event of “BRAVE CF 37,” Riccardo “Walking Dead” Nosiglia, 31, of Italy and Anton Turkalj, 24, of Sweden will compete in the light heavyweight division. Both fighters are BRAVE CF debutantes, as well.

Also set for the show is a heavyweight showdown between Fatih Aktas, 30, of Turkey and Irman “The People’s Champ” Smajić, 37, of Sweden. The two, who are also BRAVE CF debutantes, will fight in the heavyweight division.

Moreover, “BRAVE CF 37” marks the return of Michael “Maicon D” Deiga-Scheck, 34, of Brazil to action at BRAVE CF against Fernando “El Toro” Flores, 36, of Sweden. They will battle it out in the featherweight division.
