The catchweight bout, which was made just one week before the fight night, started with Kadimagomaev mixing up hard leg kicks and relentless wrestling to overwhelm Fortenbacher. The Swiss contender took his German opponent down.

After 1 minute and 37 seconds in the second round, the referee put a stop to the catchweight contest. Kadimagomaev knocked out Fortenbacher via ground and pound.

With the knockout victory, Kadimagomaev won a bonus for Performance of the Night. It improved his professional MMA record to 7 wins and 0 loss.

In the main event of the evening, Mochamed “The Best” Machaev, 20, of Vienna, Austria defeated Shoaib “The Assassin” Yousaf, 24, of Lancashire, England via unanimous decision. The Austrian contender trains with Kadimagomaev at AllStars Training Center.

Kadimagomaev also trains at UFD in Dusseldorf, Germany. At AllStars Training Center, he trains under Andreas Michel.

As an amateur MMA fighter, Kadimagomaev was undefeated with 18 wins. He won all of his seven professional MMA bouts via either submission or knockout.
