List of 13 Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping conspiracy suspects

The Federal Bureau of Investigation arrested 13 armed men on October 8, 2020. They were accused of plotting to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer, 49, the 49th governor of Michigan, United States.

The suspects spent months to plot and confidential informants and undercover agents enabled the FBI to gain access to audio recordings, ground messages and secret meetings. Here is the list of the 13 suspects along with their respective ages, hometowns and charges:

1. Adam Dean Fox, 37, Potterville, Michigan: conspiracy to commit kidnapping
2. Barry Gordon Croft Jr., 44, Bear, Delaware: conspiracy to commit kidnapping
3. Brandon Michael-Ray Caserta, 32, Canton Township, Michigan: conspiracy to commit kidnapping
4. Daniel Joseph Harris, 23, Lake Orion, Michigan: conspiracy to commit kidnapping
5. Eric James Molitor, 36, Cadillac, Michigan: providing material support for terrorist acts, possessing firearms in commission of a felony
6. Joseph Matthew Morrison, 42, Munith, Michigan: false report or threat of terrorism, gang membership, providing material support for terrorist acts, possessing firearms in commission of a felony
7. Kaleb James Franks, 26, Waterford, Michigan: conspiracy to commit kidnapping
8. Michael John Null, 38, Plainwell, Michigan: providing material support for terrorist acts, possessing firearms in commission of a felony
9. Paul Edward Bellar, 21, Milford, Michigan: providing material support for terrorist acts, gang membership, carrying or possessing a firearm during the commission of a felony
10. Pete Musico, 42, Munith, Michigan: false report or threat of terrorism, gang membership, providing material support for terrorist acts, possessing firearms in commission of a felony
11. Shawn Michael Fix, 38, Belleville, Michigan: providing material support for terrorist acts, possessing firearms in commission of a felony
12. Ty Gerard Wicker Garbin, 24, Hartland, Michigan: conspiracy to commit kidnapping
13. William Grant Null, 38, Shelbyville, Michigan: providing material support for terrorist acts, possessing firearms in commission of a felony

Seven of the 13 suspects are tied to the militia group Wolverine Watchmen namely Bellar, Fix, Molitor, Michael John, William Grant, Musico and Morrison. They were accused of plotting to overthrow governments, attack the Michigan State Capitol and incite a civil war.

Bellar, Fix, Molitor, Michael John, William Grant, Musico and Morrison were charged by the state while Fox, Garbin, Franks, Harris, Caserta and Croft were charged by the federal government. Fox and Croft were named as the ringleaders
