Amin “Fierceness” Ayoub, 24, of Nantes, France is keeping in his room a photo of Cleiton “Predator” Silva, 33, of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. According to the Tunisian-French mixed martial artist, the photo keeps him focused on his upcoming fight against the reigning BRAVE Combat Federation Lightweight World Champion.
Silva finds this hilarious. For the Brazilian MMA fighter, Ayoub’s attempt to trash talk him is also funny.
“He’s my fan,” Silva said of Ayoub. “I think Amin is trying to be a founding member of my fan club in France.”
Training out of Bulgarian Top Team in Sofia, Bulgaria, Ayoub will challenge Silva at “BRAVE CF 44” at the Bahrain National Stadium in East Riffa, Bahrain on November 5, 2020. Their title match will be the main event of the evening.
“I’ll help him out then,” Silva said of Ayoub. “After I beat him badly, which I will, I’ll take another photo of me and the belt and sign it for him so he can keep it in his room and remember I beat him very badly.”
Apparently, Silva is not a big fan of Ayoub. The reigning BRAVE CF Lightweight World Champion described his “BRAVE CF 44” challenger as “a weird fighter” who is “not very good at anything.”
“BRAVE CF 44” marks Silva’s first title defense as the BRAVE CF Lightweight World Champion. He revealed that his game plan is to hurt Ayoub “and hurt him real bad.”
“That’s what I’m going to do,” Silva emphasized. “I’m going to walk forward and try to finish at all times’.’
When Silva signed with BRAVE CF in 2018, he knocked out Ahmed “The Butcher” Amir, 28, of Egypt at “BRAVE CF 11” and submitted Marcelo “Chelo” Bustos, 29, of Catamarca, Argentina at “BRAVE CF 15.”
The two victories earned Silva a title shot. He successfully dethroned then BRAVE CF Lightweight Champion Luan “Miau” Santiago, 35, of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil at “BRAVE CF 25” on August 30, 2019.
