Valentina Belen Sanchez Trivella, 25, of Porlamar, Venezuela almost won Miss Supranational 2021. She was the third runner-up of the 12th edition of the Poland-based international beauty pageant.

Born in Orange County, California, United States, Sanchez has lived both in the U.S. and Venezuela. She was Teen Model Nueva Esparta 2011, Teen Model Venezuela 2011, Miss New Jersey Teen USA 2014, Miss Teen USA 2014 fourth runner-up and Miss New Jersey USA 2020 second runner-up.

Sanchez finished in the Top 5 at Miss Venezuela 2020 on September 24, 2020. She was appointed as Miss Supranational Venezuela 2021 on May 27, 2021.

It was Chanique Chani Rabe, 24, of Windhoek, Namibia who won the title while Karla Inelisse Guilfú Acevedo, 24, of Isla Culebra, Puerto Rico is her runner-up. Thato Thelma Mosehle, 25, of Klerksdorp, South Africa is second runner-up and Eoanna Elaynna Constanza, 26, of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic is fourth runner-up.

Reigning Miss Supranational 2019 Anntonia Porsild, 26, of Thailand crowned Rabe as her successor at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska, Poland on August 21, 2021. It aired live on CNN Philippines in the Philippines, on Metro TV in Indonesia, on Zoom TV in India, on Silverbird in Nigeria, on Net 2 in Ghana, on Globovision in Venezuela, on Polsat in Poland and on ATV in Suriname.

Including Rabe, Guilfu, Mosehle, Sanchez and Constanza, 58 candidates competed for the crown. Miss Supranational 2019 third runner-up and Miss Universe 2020 second runner-up Janick Maceta del Castillo, 27, of Lima, Peru attended the coronation ceremony.
