When FBI agents interviewed him and the friend on July 13, 2021, he said he did not know it was illegal to possess a handgun in Washington, D.C. but he did on January 6, 2021.
  9. An FBI special agent filed a criminal complaint against him, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey on July 29, 2022. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm on U.S. Capitol grounds or buildings and other related misdemeanor offenses.
  10. He was 36 years old when he was arrested in Osage Beach, Missouri on August 3, 2022.
