1. He lives in Centralia, Boone County, Missouri.
2. Aside from Centralia, he has lived in other parts of Missouri including Boynton.
3. He attended Centralia High School in Centralia.
4. From January 2009 to February 2020, he worked for Columbia Landcare in Columbia, Boone County as an operations supervisor.
5. In 2020, his stepfather gave him a firearm. On November 3, 2020, Donald Trump lost to Joe Biden in the 59th U.S. presidential election.
6. On January 5, 2021, he and a friend, also a Centralia resident, travelled to Washington, D.C., USA. He was not licensed to carry a firearm in Washington, D.C. but he brought a 9-millimeter semi-automatic pistol across state lines. They stayed at the Willard Hotel in Washington, D.C.
7. On January 6, 2021, he went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C. That day, Trump’s supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Biden’s victory in the 2020 presidential election. He took a gun onto restricted grounds of the U.S. Capitol. 
8. On January 18, 2021, Federal Bureau of Investigation agents interviewed him at his home in Centralia. He told the agents that he neither entered the U.S. Capitol building nor participated in illegal activity on January 6, 2021. When FBI agents interviewed him and the friend on July 13, 2021, he said he did not know it was illegal to possess a handgun in Washington, D.C. but he did on January 6, 2021.
9. An FBI special agent filed a criminal complaint against him, which was signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey on July 29, 2022. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm on U.S. Capitol grounds or buildings and other related misdemeanor offenses.
10. He was 36 years old when he was arrested in Osage Beach, Missouri on August 3, 2022.
