Miss World Malaysia 2021 Lavanya Sivaji, 26, of Batu Caves, Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia will crown her successor at Sipadan Hall of the Sabah International Convention Centre in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia on August 27, 2022 as part of the HyperLive Festival Malaysia 2022. It will be the 57th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Malaysia’s Miss World candidate.

Currently, Malaysia has 10 Miss World placements. Representing the Southeast Asian country, Lina Teo was second runner-up to Miss World 1998 Linor Abargil.

Sivaji was crowned Miss World Malaysia 2021 on October 16, 2021. She finished in the Top 10 at Miss World 2021.
