That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election. During the riot, he allegedly forcibly assaulted numerous law enforcement officers.

The deputies found out he was wanted, arrested him and booked him into the detention center of Washoe County Sheriff’s Office in Reno.
