3. Wearing a Jack Skellington costume from “The Nightmare before Christmas“, he went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA on January 6, 2021. That day, Donald Trump supporters breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 presidential election. During the riot, he allegedly forcibly assaulted numerous law enforcement officers.
4. On November 23, 2021, U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui signed a criminal complained filed by a Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent against him.
5. On December 1, 2021, Washoe County Sheriff’s Office deputies found his wife along with two children in an unheated travel trailer on the foothills of Peavine Mountain in Washoe County, Nevada. He drove up to the trailer in a Ford Crown Victoria and told the deputies his family would be leaving soon. The deputies found out he was wanted, arrested him and booked him into the detention center of Washoe County Sheriff’s Office in Reno.
6. On December 3, 2021, he made his initial appearance in federal court.
7. On December 10, 2021, he was indicted.
8. On February 3, 2022, he asked U.S. District Court Judge Carl J. Nichols to acknowledge that he has the right to defend himself if corrections officers try to assault him.
9. On September 14, 2022, he pleaded guilty before Nichols to assaulting a law enforcement officer with a dangerous weapon and assaulting a law enforcement officer with a dangerous weapon resulting in bodily injury. 
10. He was 35 years old when he was was sentenced on April 11, 2023 to 72 months in prison, 36 months of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay $43,315.25 in restitution.
