Devaunte Lewis Hill, 21, of Nashville, Tennessee, was arrested for fatally shooting nurse Caitlyn Kaufman on December 3, 2020, as she drove to work. Hill had a history of violent offenses, including shooting family members, robbery, drug paraphernalia possession, assault, and driving with a suspended license.
