US Marshals arrest Anchorage, Alaska’s Jalonni Blackshear in Staten Island, New York City
Jalonni M. Blackshear, a former correctional officer, was arrested after his wife Raechyl and daughter Jayla were found dead in their Anchorage home. Jayla had accused him of rape.
