BRAVE Combat Federation

FIGHT CARD

BRAVE Combat Federation is set to host three straight shows in Sweden starting on August 8, 2020 with “BRAVE CF 37.” One week later, the Bahrain-based mixed martial arts promotion will host “BRAVE CF 38” in association with Bulldog Fight Night (BFN).

BRAVE CF has released its full fight card for “BRAVE CF 38.” It will be headlined by a showdown between top welterweights Abdoul “The Conqueror” Abdouraguimov, 24, of Nantes, France and Carl “The Bomber” Booth, 29, of Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England.

A former BRAVE CF Welterweight World Champion, Abdouraguimov is looking to bounce back after losing his title to reigning Brave CF Welterweight World Champion Jarrah “The Jordanian Lion” Al-Selawe, 26, of Jordan while Booth wants to get another title shot on the back of two straight wins under the BRAVE CF banner. The Englishman was part of the first-ever welterweight title fight but ended up on the losing side of a decision against Carlston “Moçambique” Lindsay Harris, 33, of Skeldon, Guyana.

Also set for the fight card is the debut of Mario “Rudeboy” Saeed, 29, of Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England. He will put a four-fight winning streak on the line against undefeated Benoit “God of War” Saint Denis, 24, of Paris, France, who just won the biggest fight of his career against Ivica “Terror” Truscek, 32, of Zagreb, Croatia at “BRAVE CF 34” in Ljubljana, Slovenia on January 19, 2020.

The stacked “BRAVE CF 38” fight card will also feature a bantamweight bout with Tariq “Desert Storm” Ismail, 29, of Egypt and Canada hoping to get closer to a title shot against Bernardo “The Lion King” Sopai, 19, of Albania. There will also be a super lightweight fight between BRAVE CF veterans Issa Isakov, 30, of Athus, Belgium and Djamil “Dynamite” Chan, 29, of the Netherlands.

Rounding up the “BRAVE CF 38” fight card is a quick turnaround for Malin “The Herminator” Hermansson, 31, of Örebro, Sweden. After winning her BRAVE CF debut in Romania at “BRAVE CF 35” on July 20, 2020, she demanded a spot in one of the Sweden cards and her wish has been granted as she takes on Elin Öberg, 20, of Stockholm in the “BRAVE CF 38” main card.
